Vocation Promotion

Today, the Church teaches us to perceive Vocation Promotion as the original perspective of general pastoral work. “All pastoral work by its very nature is orientated towards vocational discernment. This is a service offered to every person, so that they might discover the way towards the realization of a life project as God wants it, according to the needs of the Church and the world of today.“

The Sisters of the Divine Redeemer ... Who we are? We are REDEEMER SISTERS!
A community of religious women who have dedicated themselves to the Redeemer of the world enabling us to live the charism of Mother Alphonse Marie Eppinger today.

The Spirit of the Sisters of the Divine Redeemer should be no doubt that "Christ is in us."  "... for you will draw water joyfully from the springs of salvation." (Is. 13:12) This joy is found in Christ and in each other. Ultimately, spreading that joy to all those we meet or come into contact with us. We are open to young women 18 years of age and older. You should be grounded in God's Love and Faith.

It is with great love that we welcome your inquiry about our community. In ministry, we are called to seek Christ in the other person, be it in the classroom setting (teaching ministry), in the hospital room (nursing), care of the sick in their homes, and to serve Christ in the poor. We also have domestic work, parish and retreat ministry.
We are to become a visible sign of Jesus, our Redeemer.

Come to visit us, get to know us better and let us get to know you and your personal history. Some times those who think they are not going to become sisters actually become one of the best having been redeemed by Jesus.
